By using these services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
- We give information about our eye exams, glasses, contact lenses and other services.
- We receive appointment requests and orders, and we tell you when your order is ready.
- Prices and product availability can change. Our team confirms them before any order is final.
The automated assistant
Some replies on our messaging channels are written by an automated assistant that uses artificial intelligence. It gives general information, records appointment requests and orders, and checks their status. It can make mistakes, so our team confirms appointments, prices and orders. You can ask to speak with a member of our team at any time.
Not medical advice
The information on our website and in our messages is general. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace an eye exam. Decisions about your eyes are made after an exam at the center. If you have sudden vision loss, eye pain or an eye injury, seek medical care immediately.
Appointments
An appointment request is confirmed only when our team confirms the day and time with you. If you cannot come, please tell us as early as you can.
Orders
- An order you send us by message is a request. It becomes an order only after our team confirms that the products are available and you confirm that you want them.
- Our team agrees with you on the price, the payment and the delivery or pickup.
Messages from us
If you agree, we send you service messages, for example when your order is ready or to follow up after you receive it. You can tell us at any time that you want to stop receiving them, and we will stop.
Using our channels
Please give accurate information, and use our channels only to contact us about our services. Do not send other people’s personal information without their permission.

The text, photos, logos and other content on this website belong to Halabi Vision Center. You may not copy them for commercial use without our permission.
